Our family truly loved Larry. He gave so much to the store and to my father Bob Cropper. My sympathy to all of you at the store who were so close to Larry and worked each day with him all these years. I'm sure you all miss him very much.

My family and I were so saddened to hear about Larry's passing. We are frequent shopper's at Stauffer's (Croppers) and were always greeted by Larry's friendly smile and hello. He paid special attention to the kids asking them how they were and offering them cookies. You could just see what a kind and gentle man he was.
Peace and Blessings

I just learned of Larry's passing yesterday and was absolutely shocked. Larry didn't know me by name, but he new me from the last 15 years shopping at Croppers. He never wore any expression but a smile - and that was contagious! He apparently took great joy in his work, and in helping others. My prayers are with the family and friends Larry left behind - that God's presence will be felt during this trial in your lives. Rest peacefully, Larry.

To the Schmidt family and friends, our sincerest condolences and prayers for you. I have known Larry for many years and he was always a kind, sweet and gentle man. i cannot imagine how it will be to not see his smiling face when I shop at the store. When I told my little girl that Mr. Larry had gone to Heaven she asked "Will I see him again someday?" I assured her that she most certainly would. She asked "And will he have a cookie for me?" And I am sure he will. God bless you Larry - we will miss you.

To the Schmidt Family
We are sorry to hear about Larry. I wish I could put on paper how I feel. That is one of the bad things about growing older. Losing Family and friends. Larry you were loved while were on this earth and now you can be our guardian angel and watch over us. Love and God Bless
