Condolence & Memory Journal

To the family of Arlene. May Our Lord and His Sorrowful Mother comfort and console all of you on the loss of Arlene. We didn't know each other's name, but Arlene and Russ usually sat behind me at the 7:30 a.m. Mass on Sundays. I would run into her at stores in the Lawrence Park Shopping Center. She was always very complimentary and I always enjoyed our talks. Since I didn't know her name, I happened to go on line to see if I knew who she was since she belonged to S.P.X. Parish. I was stunned to find out it was this beautiful caring and loving woman whom I admired. Be assured of my continued prayers for Arlene and all of her family. R.I.P. Arlene

It's been a few days, and it is still hard to comprehend. Russ, there are no words. My thoughts are with you during this. I keep thinking of our last night at Surfside North and the fun Arlene and all of us had dancing like we were teenagers again. These memories will become my treasures of Arlene, as will yours of your many years together. Her shining smile will be with me forever.
