Condolence & Memory Journal

I was fortunate to have been introduced to Charlie by my dad Bill Reynolds Jr. back in the 1970's when our family had a paint manufacturing business in Philadelphia. Charlie was much more than a Sales Representative. I fondly remember his gentlemanly manner, impish wit and sly smile. Over many years of participation in the Philadelphia Paint & Coatings Association, I appreciated Charlie's support of our family and the industry. Deepest sympathies Mary and family from Bob & Annie Reynolds and Joan Reynolds.

Our sincerest condolences to Mary and family. I first met Charley in 1987, he a chemical sales manager and me a purchasing agent. Through the years I learned how special Charley was, not only his professionalism and business acumen; Charley's integrity, thoughtfulness, and love of family truly set him apart. I will miss him and cherish the memories.

Dear Mary and family,
Lowell and I were saddened to hear of your loss. You are well aware of what a special human being Charlie was and there is no doubt God wielcomed him warmly and with new blessings.
We had planned to get to Donohue's Monday and then Tuesday but the ice on walkways was a concern both times.
I hope I can get over to see you Mary one of these days. Your family was welcoming to us and we so enjoyed watching your sons grow up. Charlie was a delightful kidder and I still remember some of his wit about my winter coat and Syracuse hats and shirts.
We are sorry we missed the celebration of his life.
Please take care and give our love to your sons. It seems only yesterday they were pounding the basketball into the net and trying to keep away from our animals, especially the German shepherd.
Much love and God's blessings and peace.
Joan and Lowell T.

I have waited on Mr. Mungan for over thirty five years in our family owned shoe store. He was always a pleasure to deal with, a true gentleman ....... he will be missed.

Mary,
The video tribute to Charlie depicts the loving thoughtful family man he was. Although I have not seen him for eighteen years (moved to NC) his memory will last forever. He became more than a vital mentor to me in the business world,
but a true friend as well. Will especially miss our sports discussions involving the Phillies, Sixers, and the St Joe - Villanova rivalry. I am extremely saddened by his passing. Please reach out once things have settled if you would like to just talk and reminisce about your fantastic husband.
Sincerely, Mike Lawn

Dear Uncle Bud,
We take this Opportunity to express our Thanks and Gratitude for always being there for Us All these Years.
You were Always there for Us throughout Our Lives.
Your Kindness and mostly Your Concern were Always There in the best of Times but more importantly in the Worst Of Times When We Needed You the Most.
You have truly been an Inspiration and an Example that is Impossible to Replicate.
However if We can just try to be as Thoughtful and Caring as You are, I am sure We will all be better people in this World as a result.
Our Prayers and Thoughts are with Aunt Mary and Your Sons and there Families.
This is an Huge Loss to Our Family For this is one of those Times where We knew who would be the first to be there for Us.
We already miss Your Strength and Guidence as a Example on the best way to handle this most difficult period of Time.
We will Always Remember You and continue to try be Kind and Generous to Others as You were to Us however You have Set the Example so High that it will be Impossible to duplicate.
Thank You for being You.
